Since we won’t be able to camp at our awesome BCLA-6 venue, but we do love our out of town guests, we’ve added a section to the wiki (right under Registration) for volunteering accommodations for out of town BarCampers.

And even tho they’re newcomers to BarCamp planning, Chris Darbro , Bronwyn Lewis and ландшафт Jeremy Kitchen are tentatively ready to rock your faces off. So our very own Crystal Williams is leaving LA for greener pastures — and by “greener pastures”, I mean Seattle… ;)

BarCamper Joz just dropped the following info regarding the LA Marathon and detours to the Google Group:
I was just reminded that I am more or less going to be trapped in my neighborhood until almost noon due to street closures from the LA Marathon.
I’m trying to chart my escape route, but for anyone who is planning on attending on Sunday, BE SURE TO ALLOW TIME FOR DELAYS DUE TO STREET CLOSURES!
