While I can certainly sympathize with the majority of folks who were doubtless innocent users of the Blogetery service, I would definitely hate to be in the shoes of the guy running the site. For now, your First Amendment rights are intact.

lot of us have been in situations where we've shared various things with people--and usually, innocently, have them forward it around, reposted it, and done a lot of things you wish they hadn't done. It's a lot more contextual, and something as innocent as making a comment that you're not happy with your job at the moment can be an issue.
