Santa Monica-based ZipRecruiter , a new startup focused on the online job board market, said that it has launched its service this week. The new company was founded by Ian Siegel (CitySearch, Stamps.com, Rent.com, and Pictage); Ward Poulos (Rent.com, Just Fine, Pictage, MyLife.com); Will Redd (Rent.com, ThisNext.com, Sony, GE, Maytag); and Joe Edmonds (Stamps.com, Rent.com, ThisNext.com).
