Mixergy fan, Lisa Bruckner saw me interview other entrepreneurs here and asked, “Where’s YOUR interview Andrew?” We started out thinking that email newsletters would be our main product, but one of our experiments was online greeting cards and it ended up being the company’s growth engine.
Lisa: Bradford & Reed took up 100% of your time, do you feel you have a personal life now with Mixergy?
She wanted to know how I bootstrapped that $30+ MM/year business and a few other things about me.
So I invited her to interview me.

I got an email from Rosie Bernardo pointing out that there aren’t many interviews with women on this site.
My goal with Mixergy is to bring a mix of different voices.
Of course, just being a woman isn’t enough to qualify someone for an interview on Mixergy. I’ve noticed that too, and it bothers me. Will you help me fix this problem?

I got a few interesting questions about my work at Mixergy from Kareem Mayan (the digital nomad ) and Kurt Daradics (co-founder of Freedom Speaks ). Thought When they see that something is missing in my work on mixergy, they jump in and tell me.
What benefit do you want people to get from Mixergy?
Thought you might want to see the answers, so I’m posting them publicly.
Why did you start interviewing people?

Copy a badge - I promised not to reveal his name, but a guest I met at a Mixergy event told me that he gets into top conferences by photocopying his friends’ When Craig heard that, he brought up a good point. What if you’re a startup and can’t pay for a ticket?
