Come to Cal Poly Pomona to view and network with university talent and view the Cal Poly Pomona Incubator Lab Projects. Networking session is to follow incubator lab demonstrations. Students and entrepreneurs in residence have worked together to produce new technology and applications with an emphasis on internet software and mobile applications. Through a guided process with academic and real work experience, students have gain intimate knowledge of a real start up atmosphere.

San Diego-based CommNexus , an industry group focused on the wireless industry, said Wednesday that the firm has created a new, related effort called EvoNexus , which will incubate communications technology and related startups. According to CommNexus, the new incubator --which has a facility in the Sorrento Valley--will support 10-12 San Diego-based startup-up companies.
