Los Angeles-based Internet Brands said Wednesday it has acquired Tjoos.com , an online coupon web site. Internet Brands said that Tjoos.com would join the firm's shopping vertical. Los Angeles-based Internet Brands said Thursday that it has acquired seven consumer websites, as part of an expansion of its health and home vertical markets. Internet Brands said it has acquired DentalFind.com , InfertilitySpecialist.com , SkinCareGuide.com , DavesGarden.com , Gardens.com , Craftster.org , and Splitcoaststampers.com . Internet Brands' Bob Brisco Financial details of the acquisitions were not disclosed. The firm said it has now acquired more than 100 web sites in total.

Los Angeles-based Internet Brands reported its quarterly results Wednesday afternoon, reporting that it saw 50 million monthly unique visitors to the firm's websites in June, up 35 percent from 37 million uniques in June of last year. Irvine-based Autobytel , Los Angeles-based LeadPoint , and El Segundo-based Internet Brands have settled a multi-party, patent lawsuit that was filed by Autobytel against the other firms. According to the companies, LeadPoint, Autobytel, Internet Brands, and Insweb have all entered into a settlement agreement over a patent lawsuit filed by Autobytel, and a retaliatory lawsuit by the others against Autobytel. Los Angeles-based Internet Brands is continuing to buy up small, vertically focused web sites to add to its various consumer focused content networks, saying Wednesday that it has acquired three websites. Los Angeles-based Internet Brands disclosed Tuesday as part of its earnings report that the firm has purchased two web sites, BensBargains.net, and GrooveJob.com. Financial terms of those buys were not disclosed, however Internet Brands said it spend $10.7M Separately, Internet Brands said it has secured a $35M revolving line of credit from Silicon Valley Bank, which on the buy of four companies during Q3.
