That’s why I want to put together a collection of the stories I hear in my interviews on Mixergy.
The interviews in the book will be edited more than on the site so the stories will flow better
- I’ll post each interview on Mixergy so I can get your feedback before adding it to the book
- My thoughts on the book

What do you think Pallian Creative should put in the right margin of the site?
Pallian Creative is the company that remade Mixergy.com and got this site respect from designers and friends . It’s hurting that company’s founder to see me neglect a section of the site.

Ever notice how successful Internet entrepreneurs keep saying that you should build your site by listening to your users? That’s why I asked UserVoice ’s co-founder, Marcus Nelson, to come to Mixergy and teach how to build a startup with user feedback. Here are edited excerpts from the Mixergy program he recorded:
But no one ever explains how to get user feedback and how to integrate their ideas into your business.
UserVoice helps companies harness their users’ feedback.

Mixergy fan, Lisa Bruckner saw me interview other entrepreneurs here and asked, “Where’s YOUR interview Andrew?” heard about a company that represented the big guys, so I called them up and asked, “Could you please sell ads on my site? think you can earn good commissions from the ads you sell on my site.” She wanted to know how I bootstrapped that $30+ MM/year business and a few other things about me.
So I invited her to interview me.

invited Jimmy to Mixergy and I asked him to talk about the business side of his non-profit, Wikipedia. He He told us how the idea for Wikipedia evolved, how he got people to contribute to it, why people promoted the site, and more. So we got a lot of early press coverage from slashdot, for example, which drove a lot of traffic to the site, got a lot of people excited and interested in the concept. How did Jimmy Wales get the world to help him write an encyclopedia? And what could YOU learn from his experiences to help you build a business that leaves a legacy?
