So far, two companies-- Woodland Hills-based ReachLocal , which completed its IPO in May, and Carlsbad-based Maxlinear , which hit the markets in March, have had successful IPOs. The long list of Southern California high tech companies lined up for the public markets just got a little longer this morning, with the addition of Inphi Corp.

According to the list, ReachLocal topped the list with a five-year, fiscal growth rate of 146,050 percent.
