But in the meantime, start your blog, your personality-driven site. Find Start blogging consistently - maybe not everyday. Make Do videos whether they're set up, or maybe on the go.
What I admire about Shira Lazar is that she's too much of a go-getter to wait for the perfect TV gig to come to her. I've watched her build her reputation and fan-base using new media tools like Qik, Wordpress and Twitter.

He’s done several startups and is a board member of the Technology Council of Southern California (which is where I met him originally). A great opportunity for more visible networking . I roughly know about MakeItWork, but tell me a bit about where you spend your time day-to-day. A typical day starts with email, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Yammer checks/updates. Some days I respond to questions asked by folks like I’ve recently had a chance to reconnect with Eric David Greenspan ( LinkedIn , Twitter ) He’s the CEO of Make It Work a high quality, personal, high touch technology service provider for homes and small businesses.

I recently had a conversation with an pre-launch startup where they discussed how SEO was going to be really important for them. And to me, there seems to be a lot of confusion by founders of startups around search engine optimization (SEO) and how it works for a startup. I won't say that I'm truly an expert on SEO. Still having worked with a lot of different startups and especially a lot on SEO and especially They went on to describe a fairly common type of site that has some original content, but not much. San Diego-based Newsforce (www.newsforce.com) is a startup which is looking to take advantage of the hunger of the newspaper and media business for revenue, and has created a product which takes press releases and commercial content, and inserts them onto news sites in "sponsored content" blocks. Vince Bianco: Newsforce is a premium online network, made up exclusively of digital news sites. We spoke with Vince Bianco , the firm's CEO, about the company and its services.

panel of judges tore apart his site, offering advice on SEO, PR and social media. Jun followed up with me after the event and we’ve stayed in touch ever since. I know what you’re thinking and NO, I didn’t grow up near Laguna Beach or any where near where The OC took place. actually did love I first met Jun Loayza at one of Andrew Warner’s Mixergy events. The format was American Idol style, I was playing Simon, Jun the hopeful entrepreneur.
